Technical Program Manager - Supply Chain Testing
Job DescriptionAs a Technical Program Manager of the Supply Chain Technology Testing team, you will support the delivery of enterprise impacting projects that span our supply chain technology teams and help foster a culture of operational excellence. You will be an important part of establishing a growing test team using the latest technology to streamline and evolve testing as part of our Supply Chain technology evolution. You will also be part of a team of dedicated technical program managers who support our engineering teams, plan, and lead complex enterprise efforts, and evolve our program management community of practice.
The ideal candidate will have a distinguished program/project management background, strong business acumen and a passion for creating reliable systems/processes. The candidate should be a critical thinker, creative problem solver, self-directed and a committed team player. Candidate should have a drive for continuous process improvement and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business/technical teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
What you’ll be doing...
Drive the entire program lifecycle: requirements definition through specification, design, quality assurance, implementation, integration, launch, and support.
Synthesize requirements, recommend alternative approaches, and organize test efforts to meet aggressive timelines. This includes driving scope, schedule, and testing through completion.
Identify and produce appropriate business metrics, and continually assess them to improve over time
Help mature internal processes, break down work into logical function groupings to enable the team to deliver early and often.
Manage customer expectations while establishing and maintaining clear accountabilities; ensure clarity of delivery commitments, prioritize, and re-prioritize to maximize value.
Effectively address bottlenecks and anticipate trade-offs to balance technical and business needs against team or technology constraints.

Ideal candidate will have large-scale technology testing and/or supply chain process experience
Qualifications:
5 years of industry experience as a program manager within a technology environment
Progressive track record demonstrating successful delivery of complex technology systems or services
Familiarity with technology and/or supply chain services, workflow modeling and application integration experience is a plus
Effective written and oral communication with all levels of business and technical leadership
Thorough understanding of software testing processes and methodology are critical in this role
Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills are essential
** The team for this role is in Seattle and Los Angeles. If you are already located in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, or Los Angeles, you can work remotely from that location. However, if you are located elsewhere, you must be open to relocating to Seattle or a hub location once employees return to the office**
Salary Band for Denver ONLY. $106K - $159K + bonus.
