Sr. Quality Engagement Analyst
Summary
This position will be part of Enterprise Quality (EQ) group. EQ focusses on providing high level strategic quality oversight across all business units (BUs) and functions within Aristocrat. EQ defines the quality vision and principles, identifies strategic and operational quality initiatives, and ensures alignments across the organization via the enterprise quality operating model. EQ fosters a culture of quality and enables scalability to adapt and support changing business needs. EQ is supported by four key pillars - Quality Strategy for Gaming, Digital and Group functions; Quality Governance; Quality Capability Development and Continuous Improvement (Connect & Engage); and Quality Insights.
As Sr. Quality Engagement Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, the seamless integration of the Enterprise Quality strategy into business units and groups to accelerate their business process optimization and continuous improvement journey. You will connect /facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and develop improvement plans to improve business operations. You will facilitate problem solving related to product quality, process efficiencies, time-to-market, and end-user/customer experience. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement through quality engagements, business process, and customer journey mapping. You will communicate with various levels of stakeholders/partners from frontline staff to executives.

What you'll do

  • Support diverse and multi-functional teams to deliver strategic quality solutions
  • Promote strategic and operational excellence to improve team/process performance, maximize value, and increase efficiencies
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical groups
  • Engage and facilitate open dialogues and communication to identify quality pain-points and collaborative improvement opportunities
  • Build shared understanding among stakeholders regarding problems /opportunities
  • Facilitate strategic quality/improvement via planning sessions, workshops, and summits
  • Provide regular quality programs & initiatives status reporting
  • Role model a quality mindset and foster ONE TEAM culture
  • Demonstrate exceptional team building, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
  • Innovate in a dynamic environment
  • Passionate about problem solving and expectations management
  • This position requires some domestic and international travel.
  • This position is based in Austin, TX (/ Las Vegas, NV) and offers flexible work option.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall product development
  • Hands on with product /program development
  • 5+ years of work experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Product Development /Delivery, and Problem solving
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and team engagements
  • Familiarity with defining /measuring data, KPI, and metrics that matter
  • Experience in casino operations a plus but not required
  • Expertise in quality and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., SIX SIGMA, Kaizen, Problem solving tools) preferred
  • Hands on experience in business process and customer journey mapping
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products etc. (e.g., word, excel, PowerPoint...)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Power BI, etc) a plus but not required
  • Analytical and ability to engage with diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Great facilitation and presentation skills
  • Energetic, agile, innovative, fun, nimble and "can do" personality
