Job Description
Role:
An amazing opportunity exists within the Global Digital Acquisition Strategy and Operations (DASO) team at ServiceNow as we are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a track record of supporting a complex marketing organization. This role provides program management, marketing performance strategy & analytics, and planning that will help support leadership goals and objectives. This person will work closely with leadership across multiple marketing teams with a focus on fast and iterative insights and possess strong organization and communication skills.
What you get to do in this role:
- Manage cross-functional program deliverables and deadlines across multiple digital acquisition channels globally and assure alignment.
- Improve and update current organization-wide operating functions, including reporting, communication, and leadership initiative frameworks.
- Create organization wide templates, workflows, and processes that eliminate blockers and increase productivity of work.
- Understand cross-functional goals and processes to strategically create better alignment in the areas of: resourcing, budgeting, reporting, and planning.
- Own budget, spend maintenance and governance with Finance and Procurement
- Manage special projects for leadership and help coordinate and run cross functional initiatives
- Own data QA and data integrity of all dashboards and output of data platforms
- Expert on team wide performance and statistics in order to inform strategy decks, scorecards, QBRs etc
- Build scalability models to support business ( could include growth projections, capacity planning, etc)
- Coordinate high-level goals and targets with accountable owners through regular reviews and checkpoints.
- Prepare and manage presentations to highlight key metrics, illustrate insights, and provide business learnings.
- Collaborate across departments and partner with key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic and operational support for key stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8+ years of program and/or project management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, planning, execution and reporting process including project management and prioritization.
- Experience working across multiple digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, events, and customer reference.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and influencing multiple stakeholders to complete deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Enterprise B2B tech marketing initiatives and projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and operational skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Extremely proficient in Powerpoint and Excel
