Chewy Proprietary Brands team is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Proprietary Brands to join our team in Dania Beach, FL. We are looking for a leader and owner, who can take a brand new program from inception stage to full launch and can successfully work with multiple partners across organization. A successful leader has a passion for solving complex problems, ability to work with internal and external partners, ability to influence senior leadership and has proven results in delivering large scale programs. These programs range from creating new Customer capabilities, developing new products, launching innovative assets and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop roadmap for new programs including the business case, implementation plans, resourcing, prioritization and more.
  • Have End to End ownership of the program from Intake, setting & communicating strategy, prioritizing deliverables/milestones, building consensus, and coordinating communications.
  • Lead the program implementation leading a cross-functional team of internal and external team members.
  • Develop programs (processes and tools) to scale the business.
  • Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance the Customer’s needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize benefit.
  • Communicates status risks, and changes of program milestones to stakeholders and senior Executives including the C-Suite.
  • Support multiple parallel workstreams managing projects from kick off through rollout
  • Develop and manage key business metrics and financials for programs and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategy for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS in General Management, Operations, Finance.
  • 10+ years of program leadership and program management experience (preferred in e-commerce or Retail)
  • 5+ years of experience leading large scale global programs.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels including senior executives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially focused on conveying complex information in an approachable manner to large or small audiences
  • Ability to think and perform strategically and tactically
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Macros, Data Manipulation, Formulas etc.)
  • Position may require travel
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Position may require occasional travel
  • Track record of taking ownership and driving results in a data-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Bonus (if applicable):

  • MBA preferred
  • Previous experience with SQL and Tableau
  • E-commerce background is a plus
