What You'll Do:

The Sr Manager, PMO and Acquisition Integration will be responsible for project managing acquisitions as well as driving business optimization through improvements in tools, templates, behavior, and culture. As a highly visible representative of Uniphore, this person will manage and drive cross-functional integration between Uniphore and target companies, working closely with the Head of Corporate Development. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to lead complex projects, drive efficiency and work across departments to define and execute on an acquisition integration plan. Acquisitions are challenging, highly visible, global, and cross-functional in nature, requiring strong business acumen and leadership skills to manage effectively. We are looking for a standout candidate with a passion for productivity, efficiency, and building culture. This role reports to the CMO+People and works closely across the business.

· Ability to deliver and manage complex projects end-to-end including planning and communications

· Ability to not only identify, but also resolve, risks and gaps to plan completion 

· Capacity to lead efforts for identification and implementation of changes that will improve the efficiency or effectiveness of our practice and help with continuous improvement and updates to our business processes

· Ability to earn trust and build valued relationships inside and outside of the company

· Attention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines and push the leadership team to do the same: You thrive in a high-paced, dynamic environment

Minimum Requirements 

· 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in project management and business operations; experience in consulting and start-ups is a plus

· Based in U.S. with college or higher degree

· An extensive background in leading challenging, highly visible, cross-functional projects

· A successful candidate will have exceptional communications, facilitation, and organizational skills; they can confidently communicate at the right level of detail and influence outcomes and drive tight timelines and accountability cross-functionally

· Ability to motivate change through innovation and process improvement

· Ability to conceptualize how program work fits into the "big picture" strategy

· Both a strong teammate and an independent worker, ability to define and execute work autonomously

· Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) expertise crucial
