Job Description
Team
We are IT Digital Business Services team, responsible to deliver and support IT applications for Finance and Legal business functions.
Role
As an RPA Program Lead, you will lead and drive RPA program and delivery from Santa Clara, CA office by working with RPA developer from Santa Clara, US and India Hyderabad offices. Engage with business and BSAs, enterprise wide. Discover new processes to automate, vetting them as RPA candidates, ensuring the projects run on time & some solution design work will be part of this role. Prepare roadmap, plan, design, implement & deploy RPA solutions to achieve defined business goals.

- Create and own overall change management for RPA delivery
- Lead or facilitate software design and architectural activities

- Apply new technologies and innovations to improve platform functionality
- Work closely with Service Owners and Business systems Analysts to design, support, and other IT applications teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Lead day-to-day activities of the development team within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Participate in the requirement gathering process for new software functionality to ensure that definitions of new functionality are clearly defined and understood
- RPA metrics planning and value pyramid reporting
- Quarterly benefits tracking and executive reporting
- Drive Customer Demo for RPA use cases
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Experienced RPA leadership, engagement, delivery, and discovery.
- Experience leading software development teams in an agile environment
- A passion for technology and solving technical challenges
- Experience improving the operational efficiencies in a team and elevating their performance because of it
- Great communication skills with the ability to deliver concise, clear messaging, and make confident and swift decisions
- Must have 10+ years in program management experience in development in either Java, .Net or Python with 5+ years’ experience in leading the teams and 4+ years of experience of RPA development experience
- Strong knowledge of RPA platforms such as Intellibot, UiPath etc.
- Should have functional Application knowledge in Order to cash, Source to Settle, Record to report & FP&A functions
- Should have ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
- Expert in Project Management methodologies
- ServiceNow development knowledge is plus
- Should be able to lead the team and drive business value outcome
- Experience Developing RPA Solutions in a Software and / or Professional Services company
- Customer-centric and Service minded
- Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives)
- Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
