Job Description:
The Open Banking Channel is responsible for vendor and Fintech API integrations, both for inbound and outbound integrations to help clients complete their 360-degree views of their banking data. Open Banking is one of our fastest growing channels and we enable thousands of FinTechs that provide alternate banking experiences to our customers. This team builds industry standard based API solutions that enable cutting edge capabilities by facilitating customer-permissioned data sharing. We are building a team to develop target state architectures that enable business and product strategies across Consumer, Wealth, Private and Retirements lines of business. This platform supports millions of customers and stability, resiliency, and scalability are critical factors in our work.
This Project Test Manager position will support the Open Banking Channel Release Test projects management and coordination across various organizations. Candidate will collaborate with multiple QA teams, Dev teams, Project Managers, business partners and other related teams to manage the testing execution of the overall project across all impacted applications. Candidate will conduct testing workgroup meetings with all the impacted applications to ensure that the release timelines and the execution goals are met. Test execution will include all applications, both internal and external to DPT, including vendors. Candidate is responsible for collaborating with the project management team and tracking on-time closure of all dependencies so testing timelines are not compromised and all facets of testing are being tracked and kept in check for the release. Candidate will be held accountable to make sure that teams follow the defect management guidelines and that the defect aging is kept in adherence to audit requirements. The candidate will be responsible for reporting on a daily basis to the leadership team and communicate effectively within the team and escalate as necessary. Daily reporting on defects and test execution status to Senior Leadership, prioritizing business (LOB)issues and concerns for quick resolution by tech teams. Leading triages to resolve any blocking defects
Responsible for all types of testing (Functional, SIT, Regression, Performance and UAT) as required.
Required Skills:

  • Minimum 7 yrs. of QA experience
  • Must have some background in supporting a Digital domain
  • Strong knowledge of tools (Jira, ALM, qTest, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of different software development methodologies (agile vs waterfall)
  • Must be extremely detail oriented in regards to documentation and communication
  • Extensive experience in the field of testing
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
