About The Role:


Sendoso is seeking a project management professional to join our Data Operations team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to ensure enterprise projects are executed according to plan - on time, on budget, within scope.


As an early member of the team, your impact will be instrumental in shaping the future of the function and overall business. You will be supported, coached and you will have the opportunity to work with a fun product that genuinely meets the needs of our customers.


Who You Are:

  • Enthusiastic to plan and execute projects and not afraid to lead without direct authority
  • Acts as primary point of contact on complicated enterprise projects and aligns stakeholders objectives and goals
  • Views issues and risks, not as obstacles, but as challenges to overcome
  • Likes to build repeatable processes

Projects You'll Work On:

  • Develop a project management framework and implement standards and best practices
  • Manage project and portfolio roadmap and prioritize based on based on scope, time and resources
  • Manage projects such as new product and feature introductions and enterprise systems and warehouse expansions
  • Plan and coordinate requirements, testing and sign-off internally with product and engineering and externally with consulting firms

Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or operations
  • 5 years managing cross-functional project rollouts with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Engineering and IT
  • Outstanding listening, comprehension and interpersonal skills
  • PMP certification

  • APICS Supply Chain certification
