Program Manager, Change Request Process
Summary
The Program Manager, Change Request Process is responsible to lead a cross-functional team specifically focused on updates made to customer and/or product data due to business change request submittals, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of master data elements which impact financial reporting, customer billing, inventory management, product configuration, and compliance. The individual in this role will oversee the end-to-end process from the assessment of change requests through to the implementation of requisite record updates. The person in this role will develop and present periodic reports to leadership identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvement to be addressed by the team.
What You'll Do

  • Coordinate weekly meetings with a cross-functional team to review change request submittals, developing actions plans, as required, on a case-by-case basis.
  • Work closely with groups assigned to implement process and operational changes to ensure the changes are successfully implemented in a timely manner.
  • Conduct trend reporting of change request submittals and errors identified (system, user, process) to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Develop strong working relationships with all departments to ensure changes requiring other organizations are implemented successfully.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Technology. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Practical experience using Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, and TM1 (or similar systems) is preferred.
  • Prior experience managing teams in a matrix environment.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with an ability to collaborate and provide recommendations at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Managerial experience in a public company, operating within a heavily regulated environment is preferred.
