Implementation Specialist, Voluntary Benefits
The Opportunity
As an Implementation Specialist you will work in collaborative, fast paced environment, specializing in setting up electronic and paper enrollments for our Worksite Voluntary Benefits products.
The Team
The Implementation team, part of the larger Case Setup & Illustrations organization, is comprised of setup experts, who work with all of MassMutual's Worksite products. The Team is customer-focused and flexible, handling all production requests within established turnaround times. We prioritize teamwork and take immense pride in supporting our business partners and customers.
The Impact:
As an Implementation Specialist your responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
Preparing sold case documents and reviewing for accuracy
Validating licensing, commission splits, etc. as needed
Creating paper applications and rate sheets
Building enrollment event on electronic enrollment platform
Reviewing and preparing employee census information for upload
Participating in case build QC activities
Providing support to internal and external business partners as needed
Preparing report documents as needed
Ensuring high quality output, accuracy, and attention to detail
The Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service, benefits enrollment, or case management experience
Intermediate experience with Excel, with the ability to manipulate, sort, and filter data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving, organization, critical thinking, and attention to detail
The Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience with Salesforce
Previous experience with enrollment platforms, such as Selerix
Previous experience within financial services or life insurance industry
