That’s where you, the Creative Project Manager come in.

About This Role

This job is all about streamlining and coordinating our creative process. We work with over 500 SaaS founder partners a year and create top-of-the-line assets to help them launch their products. We are looking for a hyper-organized PM to ensure all results are high quality, on time, and communicated throughout the process.

On the day-to-day, you’ll be:

• Coordinating the deliverables for our copy, design, and video teams
• Providing project updates on a consistent basis and being a liaison between our creative team and our partner teams in Slack
• Using Meistertask to monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and measure performance
• Working cross-functionally with our sales team to make sure launches have creative deliverables met

This is a unique role that requires crystal clear communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep many deadlines and projects straight at once. If you’re the planner of your friend group, we want to talk to you.

Required Skills

• 2 years of demonstrated ability managing creative projects (PMP certification is a plus!)
• Ability to tackle problems creatively and communicate critical information
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best industry practices
• Experience seeing projects through their life cycle

In the first three months of this role, success means creating a process that reduces the lead time for getting one of our partners from close to launch.
