About the job:
- Lead the development of advanced radar-based electronic systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical matters
- Collaborate with the R&D, engineering, and product teams to ensure timely delivery
- B.Sc. in a relevant engineering field (electronics/computers/software)
- 3+ years of experience in system engineering or integration
- Experience and understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems (including software, hardware, mechanics, algorithms)
- Proven experience in R&D hands-on roles – RF / board design / algorithms – advantage
- Familiarity with RF systems – a major advantage
- Previous experience in the defense industry – advantage
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Skills Required
- B.Sc. in electronics, computer, software, or another relevant engineering field
- At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering or systems integration
- Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems involving software, hardware, mechanics, and algorithms
- Hands-on R&D experience in RF, board design, or algorithms
- Familiarity with RF systems
- Previous defense industry experience
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
