Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist to support project planning, execution, reporting, and financial tracking activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project setup, planning, scheduling, and resource management activities.

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and project documentation.

  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.

  • Coordinate project meetings, distribute agendas, capture minutes, and track action items.

  • Monitor project progress and highlight risks or issues to stakeholders.

  • Assist with project financial tracking, timesheet reviews, and invoice processing.

  • Ensure proper document management, project closeout, and archival activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and financial tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field.

  • 2-4 years of project coordination/project support experience preferred.

  • PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Shift- 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
