In this role, you’ll make an impact by managing and executing supply chain projects within the Global Competencies Center. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects, focusing on process transition, process improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within the supply chain function and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various teams including Customer Service and logistics, Supply Chain Development, Manufacturing operations, and finance to drive alignment and achieve project goals.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain processes.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with supply chain projects and develop contingency plans as necessary.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and standardizing processes across the organization.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

To succeed you must hold:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience working with Global Capability Centers preferably in the Supply Chain & Operations area with at least 2-3 years of experience working with Projects
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within a supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with supply chain best practices and industry trends.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, techniques, and tools.
