Job Description:
1. Manage production schedules and delivery control for suppliers of PCBs, machined parts, and other components to ensure projects are completed on time
2. Liaise with external suppliers to track progress throughout the entire process—from production start-up through manufacturing to shipment—and promptly identify and flag risks
3. Coordinate between suppliers and internal resources (Purchasing / Planning / QA / Engineering) to drive the execution of production plans
4. Monitor and drive the resolution of supplier-side process issues, material issues, and delivery anomalies (delays, rework, defects, etc.)
5. Conduct data analysis based on production metrics (delivery achievement rate, cycle time, yield rate, etc.) to continuously optimize supplier performance
6. Track key projects or urgent orders, and drive suppliers to optimize production schedules and resource allocation
7. Drive suppliers to implement production standards, such as 4M change management and process change control requirements, to mitigate quality risks
8. Assist in establishing and optimizing supplier production management mechanisms (e.g., weekly production reports, anomaly notifications, delivery alerts, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with degrees in mechanical engineering, electronics, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related fields
2. At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, production management, PMC, or manufacturing engineering; preference given to candidates with experience in PCB/PCBA production or production management at a PCB manufacturer
3. Familiarity with outsourced production models and supplier production operations
4. Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel (data aggregation, functions, and basic charts)
5. Good English communication skills (CET-6 or higher);
6. Strong professional ethics and a team-oriented mindset;
7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Skills Required
