Project/Program Manager with Experience with the US Department of Veterans Affairs

Artemis has a public sector client looking for a Consultant for a 12 month engagement (with possibility to extend). This role is remote but there may be some travel to Washington DC required.
The scope of this effort will include, but is not limited to, program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, to support implementation of a Healthcare and Benefits Act. Tasks may include:
- Advising health systems, state agencies, and/or federal partners on transformation strategy
- Developing OGSMs and related strategic frameworks
- Prioritizing portfolios to focus resources on highest-impact initiatives
- Building cost-to-impact models to guide decisions
Experience Examples:
- Developed strategic plans for health departments
- Redesigned systems for a veterans or Medicaid population
- Developed implementation roadmaps for health systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Program/Project Management experience
- IVA/VHA/VA experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred (clinical, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare supply chain) preferred
- Minimum 2 years Consulting experience preferred
