For the Onshore Market in North Europe & Middle East we are looking for a Project Procurement Manager, to join our team in Sweden.

How to contribute to our vision

As our new Project Procurement Manager, you will implement commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost- efficient supply of materials. You will also contribute to implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems, to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase - to- Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems).

You will be in charge with preparing and conducting negotiations to obtain highest feasible savings as well as generating documents and implementing savings to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent. In addition, you will be executing Supplier Management processes, (e.g. qualifications, selection, evaluation, development, classification) and ensures a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement.

Our Project Procurement Manager also provides supplier information to the project and conducts project-specific supplier evaluations (project evaluations). You will work as single point of contact towards stakeholders into Procurement Organization. Reports and tracks on procurement saving for assigned execution projects.

What you need to make a difference

Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders across all levels in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. You also have project management skills, strong negotiations skills and a basic knowledge of the KPI tools.

We are looking for someone perfectly fluent in Swedish and English speaking and writing.

Furthermore, we expect you to have either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration together with 3+ years of experience within Procurement and/or Project Management.

You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute to the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders. You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within the project. It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.
