We are now looking for a Programme Planner to play a key role in building confidence in delivery through robust, integrated programme planning.
As a Project Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, integrated programme/project schedules that provide a single, reliable view of delivery progress. You will use evidence-based planning techniques to ensure clarity across milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall programme confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules using DXC standard planning tools.
- Align milestones and deliverables with contractual commitments across the programme.
- Monitor progress and produce insightful reporting, dashboards, and schedule analysis.
- Manage baselines, stage gates, and change control in line with governance standards.
- Facilitate planning workshops and collaborate closely with delivery teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders.
- Identify and manage schedule risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies.
- Continuously improve planning processes, tooling, and reporting capability.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in programme or portfolio planning within complex, multi-project environments.
- Strong capability with planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerBI,).
- Knowledge of programme and project methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
