Junior Project Coordinator
Wilmington, DE
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will assist with administrative tasks for Project Managers and internal departments to ensure that domain-related projects are cost-effective, secure, compliant and accurate. This is an entry level role that requires taking a proactive approach to project management and the ability to apply critical thinking, organization and problem-solving skills to large portfolios of data. What you'll do for us:
- Perform research and information validation with global vendors
- Perform registry/vendor audits to both assist in project plan development and as part of our ongoing data quality programs such as Portfolio Reconciliation and Annual Compliance Projects
- Process data entry changes in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain project plans and task lists
- Attend and participate in project status meetings and distribute minutes to attendees
- Support assigned tasks for simultaneous internal projects, which vary in size and complexity
- Identify the sequence of tasks and the resources needed to achieve a goal and prioritize key action steps
- Anticipate the impacts and risks of decisions and actions
- Become an expert in both Digital Brand Services history and a systems expert to enable proficiencies in data integrity
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively on assigned tasks, as well as with remote teams
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including demonstrated advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Analysis and Reasoning: Examines data to grasp issues, draw conclusions and solve problems
- Planning and Organizing: Coordinates ideas, tasks and resources to achieve project deliverables
- Keen attention to detail
- Flexibility and agility to adapting to team's needs
- A history of detail-oriented, multi-tasking in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
