Project Management Specialist II for Intelligrated Systems, LLC (Atlanta, GA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:     

  • Accountable for managing Tech Support contracts and overseeing their performance. 
  • Provide data related to Tech Support contracts, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and margin details. 
  • Manage Tech Support contracts and ensure their successful execution. 
  • Oversee the performance of Tech Support contracts and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Develop programs that bridge process gaps between commercial teams. 
  • Provide data and analysis related to Tech Support contracts, including COGS and margin details. 
  • Create reports using BI Tools such as Tableau to help Tech Support evaluate contract performance and team performance. 
  • Assist in identifying and analyzing customers that have contract overruns. 
  • Implement new processes for the Tech Support team. 
  • Effectively communicate process changes, optimization features of new tools and outline expectations of adoption.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:         

  • Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in project management in a professional environment. 
  • Must have 1 year of experience with the following: proficiency in using BI Tools such as Tableau; understanding various software development lifecycle; knowledge of data analytics, data management and maintaining databases; and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce. 
  • Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:                 

  • Job Site: Atlanta, GA
  • 40 hours/week
  • Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500

Skills Required
