Project Management Specialist II for Intelligrated Systems, LLC (Atlanta, GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for managing Tech Support contracts and overseeing their performance.
- Provide data related to Tech Support contracts, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and margin details.
- Manage Tech Support contracts and ensure their successful execution.
- Oversee the performance of Tech Support contracts and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop programs that bridge process gaps between commercial teams.
- Provide data and analysis related to Tech Support contracts, including COGS and margin details.
- Create reports using BI Tools such as Tableau to help Tech Support evaluate contract performance and team performance.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing customers that have contract overruns.
- Implement new processes for the Tech Support team.
- Effectively communicate process changes, optimization features of new tools and outline expectations of adoption.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in project management in a professional environment.
- Must have 1 year of experience with the following: proficiency in using BI Tools such as Tableau; understanding various software development lifecycle; knowledge of data analytics, data management and maintaining databases; and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week.

- Job Site: Atlanta, GA
- 40 hours/week
