Job Description
- Support executing airplane certification activities for Boeing 777X program.
- Knowledge of Common Core System(CCS)
- Knowledge on Aerospace Environmental Testing such as thermal testing, vibration test and others per RTCA DO-160/MIL-STD-810
- Experience working 14 CFR Part 25 and EASA CS-25 aspects
- General ability to lead a team to conduct a test, compilation of test sequence, monitor progress of the test and test parameters, and record test activities while being able to accommodate / troubleshoot / maintain any unforeseen events that occur during the test.
- Participate in test readiness reviews, safety reviews and data/control systems checkout to minimize risk
- Experience with regulatory agencies' procedures and process
- Knowledge of integration, verification and certification processes
- Knowledge of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) and Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
- Experience working cross functionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Support development assurance requirements validation and verification activities along with critical system safety assessments.
- Work with suppliers to integrate product on to the airplane
- Coordinate internally to meet system and airplane requirements across multiple functions
- Assist in developing design solutions to support product improvements
- You will support the authoring of certification documents such as equipment qualification test, and certification test plans/reports/summaries, system safety assessments, and system description documentation
- Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks in support of certification schedules
- Communicates project status, risks, issues, and opportunities to program leadership
