Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) has an important role to play, supporting the Group to achieve its purpose to improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities. FCC partners with Business Units, Support Units and Financial Crime Services (FCS) to disrupt financial crime, ensuring compliance and effective risk management. Our team is based in Sydney.
Do work that matters
The FCC Chief Operating Office is responsible for the business performance and finances of the FCC team, Capability and Learning (including the Griffith University partnership), People, Culture and Wellbeing, Communications and Pace.
This role will support the FCC COO in implementation of the Group’s FC Learning strategy.
On any given day, you will;

Understand, coordinate and project manage FCC COO strategic change activity including planning and RAID (project risks, assumptions, issues & dependencies)

Work closely with key FC stakeholders across the Group to define key project artefacts, understanding their needs, concerns and operating environment

Develop documentation including Business Requirements documents and models; presentations, concept papers; and design specifications

Drive execution of project deliverables through strong communication and detailed reporting

Create insightful and sophisticated reporting for Group MLRO, Senior Management and other stakeholders
