Project Manager
Dawaam is hiring for one of its clients in Tobruk, Eastern Province, Libya for an experienced Project Manager to support a major road construction and infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project planning, coordination, and execution
- Manage engineering, administrative, maintenance, and operational teams
- Monitor daily project progress and production-related activities
- Oversee schedules, budgets, reporting, and execution priorities
- Coordinate with consultants, project stakeholders, and relevant parties
- Support change management, issue resolution, and delivery follow-up
- Ensure compliance with HSE and project requirements
Requirements
Minimum 7 years in major road construction projects
