QualificationsProject Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years prior commercial construction experience
- AIA billing experience
- Procore experience
- Experience working with subcontractors
-GMP contract and billing experience
Project Manager Required Skills:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with solid decision making skills.
- Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong software skills to include MS Office.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
Project Manager Salary and Benefits:
-Salary commensurate with experience, anticipated range: $100,000 to $135,000 yearly
