Deliver Complex Projects That Shape Modern Supply Chains
This isn’t a typical Project Manager role.
At TMX, you’ll be at the centre of delivering complex, large-scale industrial and logistics projects — many of which incorporate advanced automation and technology to transform how supply chains operate.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, bring structure to complexity, and drive outcomes across every phase of delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are executed seamlessly from design through to completion.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from design through to completion, driving outcomes across time, cost and quality
- Coordinate across clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to maintain momentum and hit key milestones
- Work directly with clients to define requirements and translate them into clear delivery outcomes
- Build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders to align priorities and keep projects moving
- Drive design development, procurement and tender processes
- Contribute to contractor and consultant selection and performance management
- Support commercial delivery across contracts, variations and project financial trackingImplement strong project controls across risk, variations and reporting
- Ensure disciplined governance and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholdersIdentify and resolve issues early to maintain delivery momentum
- Navigate technical, operational and commercial complexity across projects
- Support integration of fitout and automation requirements where relevant
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in construction or project management
- Strong foundation in site-based delivery (ideally builder-side background)
- Experience working across complex industrial, logistics, data centres or infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive outcomes in live project environments
- Exposure to procurement, contracts, and project controls
