Condon-Johnson & Associates (CJA) is a West Coast specialty design-build contractor with over 40 years of experience in full spectrum of geotechnical construction including: drilled shafts, deep foundations, ground improvements, grouting, micro-piles, and anchored earth supports.

CJA is actively recruiting a Full Time Project Manager for its Seattle, WA area office.

In this position, you will join our senior project managers in planning and construction of various types of deep foundation, ground improvements and shoring systems. You will lead work and represent CJA in multi-scope heavy geotechnical construction in the Western and Central United States.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc Degree in Civil Engineering Field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of geotechnical construction with an emphasis on deep foundations, ground improvements and shoring.
  • Experienced in project planning, schedule development and tracking
  • Ability to develop budget and track costs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Goal and schedule driven
  • Travel in the Western and Central United States

This position reports to the Area Manager and includes full benefits including 401k and profit sharing, comprehensive health benefits, other discretionary incentives based on performance, and continuing education & professional development.  Position requires frequent travel to the field and job sites.  

 

Compensation $85K - $125K Annual Salary

Skills Required

  • BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in construction
  • Knowledge of geotechnical construction
  • Experienced in project planning and tracking
  • Ability to develop budget and track costs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Goal and schedule driven
  • Willingness to travel frequently
