Responsibilities:
- Own daily scheduling, coordination, and tracking across a high volume of studio projects
- Keep projects moving through internal workflows using Hive, ZFlow, and Slack
- Facilitate kickoffs, status check-ins, and internal handoffs
- Proactively flag risks, shifts, and blockers before they become problems
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with a planning horizon of days, not months
- Partner closely with creative, strategy, and other PMs to keep the studio humming
- Maintain clear, organized project documentation and status visibility at all times
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of project management or coordination experience in an agency environment.
- Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume work where priorities shift by noon on Monday; and that energizes rather than stresses you.
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools; familiarity with Hive, ZFlow, and Slack is a strong plus.
- Sharp organizational instincts, you track the details others miss
- Strong communicator who keeps teams aligned without micromanaging
- A solutions-first mindset, you don't just flag problems, you show up with options
- Agile, adaptable, and genuinely energized by execution over strategy
- This is not a role with budget ownership, scope negotiation, or team management
- This is not suited for someone seeking high-level program management
- If you're looking for a role where your planning horizon is quarters, not days, this isn't the right fit.
