About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for new customer onboarding, from kick-off through launch and training, while ensuring the project adheres to established timelines and specifications. You are a project management enthusiast with a passion for organization and meticulous attention to detail. Your strengths lie in structuring workflows, streamlining processes, and ensuring every project task aligns with the project goals. You excel at anticipating potential obstacles and devising strategies to navigate them efficiently. Managing timelines, coordinating teams, and overseeing every aspect of a project to successful completion energizes you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of customer onboarding from start to finish, managing internal and external deliverables to ensure timelines are met and the customer is launched per target.
- Lead regular customer communication and confirm all customer project deliverables and timelines are being met.
- Forecast potential schedule delays and project risks and develop strategies to overcome, including escalation when necessary.
- Delegate internal project tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Serve as the customer key point of contact during implementations for customer education, issue resolution, and adoption.
- Communicate internally to key stakeholders and leadership on project status and any potential problems or delays.
- Ensure that proper connections of subject matter experts between customers and internal team members are made (e.g. Licensing, Systems, Revenue Cycle).
- Lead the customer’s launch planning process internally and externally to ensure optimal post-launch performance.
Who You Are
- BS/BA with at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing project management role, Sales experience preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare Account Management, and/or Tech start-up preferred.
- Expertise in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Demonstrated success influencing project team members without authority or direct supervision responsibilities.
- Fully remote with ability to travel for customer onsite training: up to 30% (peak times).
- Pacific or Central time zone locations preferred.
