What will I be doing?
Purpose:
The Project Manager, Client Implementation is the crucial orchestrator of our platform deployment for new, high-value clients—major energy companies like OVO Energy, SSE, ENGIE, and AGL. You will own the end-to-end transformation, ensuring our cutting-edge SaaS platform is seamlessly integrated to drive their core business performance. You act as the vital bridge, translating client needs into actionable technical delivery plans across our Product, Engineering, and Delivery Management teams.
Responsibilities
1. Planning, Delivery, and Risk Mitigation- Project Governance: Develop, maintain, and execute the comprehensive implementation plan, helping to manage scope, critical path, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular, high-fidelity progress updates to all stakeholders using a blend of qualitative insights and quantitative delivery metrics (e.g., Jira KPIs, burn-down/up charts, velocity reports, spreadsheet data analysis).
- Value-Driven Facilitation: Understand Kaluza services and external client constraints to support identification and resolution of cross-functional roadblocks, technical dependencies, to ensure the earliest possible delivery of measurable business value.
- Risk & Issue Management: Actively identify, document, prioritize, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical items effectively with proposed solutions.
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Own and manage all stages of the platform implementation lifecycle, from initial Discovery and Due Diligence through Integration, Data Migration, Go-Live, and Performance Handoff.
- Contractual Adherence: Ensure Kaluza consistently meets all defined contractual obligations, commercial milestones, and agreed-upon acceptance criteria (UAT/OAT).
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, proactive, and regular communication with delivery teams, and management stakeholders, both internal and external, in collaboration with the Kaluza management team.
- Prioritization & Data: Manage the intake of new client requirements and requests, facilitating transparent, data-driven analysis (e.g., impact vs. effort) to support critical prioritization decisions for the Product and Engineering teams.
- Platform Capability: Become familiar with Kaluza Platform capability and services, clearly communicating how features, developments, and architecture shifts will impact and benefit the client's operations.
About You
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Project or Programme Management, with a significant portion focused on client-facing software implementation/delivery.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering successful large-scale system implementations, platform migrations, or core IT transformation projects within a B2B or Enterprise SaaS context.
- Deep familiarity with Jira/Confluence/spreadsheet tools to support project management—including metrics, advanced queries, reporting, and dashboarding for executive visibility.
- Comfortable operating fluidly at the task detail level (team-level execution) and synthesizing information for the stakeholders..
- Proven ability to manage diverse project scopes (e.g., product development, compliance, technical integrations, and customer experience changes).
