Role Profile

As a Project Manager at Unispace, you’ll bring your passion for delivering exceptional, high-quality construction projects to our clients. Working alongside talented cross-functional teams, you will contribute to creating impactful spaces that align with our commitment to innovation and efficiency. This role is essential in driving projects forward, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication across all stakeholders.


Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Oversee exciting, high-impact projects from start to finish, supporting all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Attend weekly on-site meetings to provide project updates and ensure alignment with clients’ expectations, serving as a key liaison for transparent, solution-focused communication.
  • Coordinate site walk-throughs with subcontractors, ensuring comprehensive attendance, note-taking, and accurate documentation.
  • Manage project documentation, paperwork, and workflows using Vista or similar project management software.
  • Document and monitor on-site progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Update project schedules to ensure client commitments are met, communicating adjustments to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a supportive, innovative team culture by sharing insights and collaborating across disciplines.
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and client satisfaction by assisting wherever needed.

About you

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in project management or project engineering within the construction field, ideally with a background in tenant improvement (TI) projects and trade coordination.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Vista (or similar software), for managing timelines and documentation.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction processes, with hands-on experience managing subcontractor trades.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Certifications: LEED certification or other sustainability-focused qualifications are a plus.
