Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic project management capacity. This position offers the opportunity to lead various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven working experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in financial services or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
