About the Job

In this role, you will drive successful delivery of PaneraTech’s digital solutions by bringing structure and execution discipline to complex, cross-functional projects. You will collaborate with customers and internal technical teams to translate business and operational requirements into clear implementation plans, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

You will maintain visibility into project performance by tracking milestones, managing evolving priorities, and proactively addressing risks and dependencies. Working closely with Operations and other internal teams, you will support solution implementation, maintain structured documentation, and ensure projects are completed with clear outcomes and a smooth transition to post-project operations.

This is a hybrid position with 3 office days per week at our office in Hacettepe Teknokent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management processes for PaneraTech solutions, from project initiation and planning through execution and successful closure.
• Manage projects involving PaneraTech products such as SmartMelter, Polaris, and other digital solutions, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Clarify project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers together with the Asset Manager throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear, structured, and timely communication.
• Maintain project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations Team and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Facilitate requirement alignment meetings and workshops, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable plans.
• Maintain structured project documentation, including progress records and project closure reports.

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field preferred.
• 3- 5 years of project coordination or relevant experience, technical background a plus.
• Familiarity with project management practices; PMP or CAPM certification a bonus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to understand and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Effective team collaboration with Project Managers and all project stakeholders.
• Basic technical knowledge for project understanding and communication with technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions.
• Proficiency in English required, additional languages beneficial for international projects.
