What you’ll achieve
You will be responsible for leading, planning, monitoring, and controlling strategic projects within the organization, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource management, in full alignment with the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standards.
This position requires a results‑driven, analytical, pragmatic, and resilient professional, committed to balancing operational efficiency, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with a detail oriented, pragmatic and resilient profile, whose goal is to always deliver the best to the client and ensure the best balance between efficiency of operations and quality of delivery.
You will:
Define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables in alignment with PMBOK Initiating and Planning processes.
Develop, maintain, and control the Project Management Plan, including all subsidiary plans (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, communications, procurement, and stakeholder engagement).
Lead project kick‑off sessions, alignment workshops, and governance meetings with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, applying techniques such as critical path analysis (CPM), resource leveling, and dependency management.
Manage project financials, including cost estimates, budget control, forecasting, margin tracking, and variance analysis (EVM).
Implement effective risk management, identifying risks, evaluating impacts, defining response strategies, and monitoring mitigation plans.
Assess and approve project changes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to formal change control procedures.
Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders, delivering clear, accurate, and timely information.
Lead and coordinate project teams, managing resources, resolving conflicts, and removing roadblocks to ensure high‑quality execution.
Ensure quality compliance, overseeing validation of deliverables and adherence to technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare executive reports, highlighting project performance indicators (RAG status, productivity, profitability, risks, milestones, actions).
Serve as the primary interface with the client, cultivating trust, transparency, and long‑term partnership, and others.

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred: Post‑graduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Process Management, Agile Management, or related areas.
PMP – Project Management Professional (Mandatory).
Strong, proven application of PMBOK processes and knowledge areas.
Preferred additional certifications: PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM) or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt).
Avanced proficiency in English and Spanish (oral, written, technical vocabulary).
Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Strategic decision‑making, problem‑solving, and high resilience.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, etc.).
