Our Project Managers are responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the delivery of different projects for international customers
The tasks involve driving forward the execution of projects within budget, schedule and set targets, as well as effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to clients or project team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full project management:
- Intake and management of project to ensure a successful delivery
- Working in collaboration with the project management and production team
- Follow the processes and simultaneously manage the workflow of several projects
- Developing cost estimations
- Creating and maintaining project timelines
- Liaising with onshore and offshore teams
- Providing status updates to all stakeholders within the projects.
- Ensuring high quality of standard on the projects delivered
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken (must)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience in collaborating teams and dealing with clients.
- Experience in agile working environments is a plus.
- Previous experience in project management
- Experience in the pharma industry is a plus!
- Studies or experience in digital products, marketing or communication
- Full-time onsite availability during the first three months (from 09:30 to 19:00hr)
