We’re looking for a mid-level Project Manager who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to complex analytics engagements—especially those involving Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and advanced measurement. You’ll partner closely with data scientists, analysts, product owners, and client stakeholders to keep projects on track, remove roadblocks, and ensure high-quality delivery at speed.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the realities of analytics execution, is fluent in Agile delivery, and knows how to make tools like Jira work for the team rather than the other way around.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day project management for marketing analytics and MMM initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and expectations stay tightly aligned.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, backlog grooming) to keep cross-functional teams focused and productive.
Translate complex analytics workstreams into clear, actionable project plans using Jira, dashboards, and reporting.
Partner with client stakeholders to set priorities, manage timelines, and navigate shifting requirements with confidence and clarity.
Drive communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, risks, and dependencies.
Monitor capacity, sprint velocity, and resource allocation to proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
Uphold Blend360’s quality-first mindset—ensuring outputs meet our standards before they reach the client.
2-4 years of project management experience in analytics, marketing science, marketing technology, or data-focused environments.
Hands-on experience supporting Marketing Mix Modeling or similar advanced measurement programs.
Demonstrated ability to run Agile processes and optimize delivery through tools like Jira, Confluence, and related PM platforms.
Strong communication skills with a knack for translating analytics work into clear narratives and expectations.
Comfort working across multiple stakeholders, managing ambiguity, and driving momentum in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach—you anticipate what’s next and act before issues escalate.
