Job DescriptionA renowned manufacturer and service provider- specializing in fabrication and installation of stainless steel balustrade with European technical partnership situated in Lagos urgently/require dynamic achievers to help fortify its operational growth and expansion drives.
QualificationsA university degree in Civil/Structural engineering or architecture with a minimum of
Second class lower division
Must have at least 7 years in project management (civil and architectural)
High proficiency in computer especially in Microsoft suite, Auto Cad/Arch Card+ 3D max will be an advantage.
Must have good knowledge in architectural drawings
Ability to manage and supervise subcontractors and materials suppliers.
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent planning and negotiation skills.
Good communication skills.
