Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, schedules, dependencies, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and client presentations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including any changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment and prioritize project deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges and conflicts.
- Adaptable and flexible mindset to thrive in a rapidly changing and evolving business environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
