In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring that project deliverables meet client expectations and requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Lead project teams by coordinating and motivating team members.
- Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and build strong working relationships.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
