About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Operations & Customer Success team at Massive Bio. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the clinical trial patient journey, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for our clients and partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge clinical trials in oncology and hematology while gaining international experience in a rapidly growing biotech environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Operations and Customer Success, the ideal candidate shall:- Manage clinical trial programs end-to-end, including trial funnel management and patient acquisition channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Provider Engagement, and Clinical Operations teams to optimize patient experience.
- Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports to track client success metrics and project progress.
- Oversee action item management, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of tasks arising from client meetings and sponsor requests.
- Draft, update, and maintain regulatory letters, track patient status, and prepare client-facing presentation materials.
- Ensure accurate documentation of trial facility details and updates in internal CRM and EMR systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with strong academic achievement in one of the following majors:
- Medicine, Pharmacology, Nursing, Molecular Biology & Genetics, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering
- Graduates in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science or Statistics are welcome if supported by a Master’s (and/or any other post-undergraduate) degree in Life Sciences with physiology and pharmacology knowledge, from a top-tier, internationally accredited institute.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an international pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotechnology company, preferably in a Project Manager or Product Manager capacity.
- Prior experience in CROs or clinical trial management is a significant asset.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Essential understanding of human physiology; knowledge in oncology and/or hematology is a plus.
- Fluency in English (C1.3 or above); additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR compliance is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
