Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Lead regular project meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify project risks, delays, or resource gaps early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance using key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and best practices in safety, quality, and project management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of experience managing projects in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proficient in project scheduling and reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environment.
  • Familiarity with EH&S standards and working in environments with regulated materials.
  • Willingness to travel or work at off-site project locations as needed.

Our pay and benefits

  • Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on education, experience and skills
