The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (internal and external).
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and executives.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve conflicts, bottlenecks, and project roadblocks proactively.

Budget & Resource Control:

• Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Optimize resource allocation (personnel, tools, and materials).

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Follow organizational processes, industry regulations, and best practices.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain project documentation (charters, schedules, change logs, etc.
• Prepare post-project evaluations and lessons-learned reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering.
• Experience: [X] years of project management experience in fit-out project management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Multilingual or global project experience.
