Gypsy is looking for a Project Manager to streamline the operations of our CRM, Promo, Games, VIP, and Support teams. We need someone organized, process-oriented, and ready to bring clarity to complex workflows.
Requirements
🧭 What makes you a great match:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager;
- Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Confident with task trackers and documentation tools;
- Strong communication and facilitation skills — you’re confident leading meetings, driving discussions, and aligning teams;
- Analytical mindset — you can dig into problems and find workable solutions;
- Solid soft skills: leadership, teamwork, conflict management, and the ability to motivate others;
- A natural systems thinker — someone who sees patterns, sets structure, and gets things done.
📋 Your daily adventures:
- Plan and coordinate the work of service teams (mainly Promo and CRM);
- Organize meetings, documentation, and task tracking (Asana), while keeping an eye on deadlines;
- Manage different types of tasks: recurring, incoming requests, and internal team initiatives;
- Drive the full project cycle — from kickoff to release and retrospectives;
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders and ensure transparency across teams;
- Ensure internal processes comply with company policies and standards.
