Position Summary:
Our client, a leader in the IT sector, is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget—while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage small to mid-sized projects, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
- Oversee client accounts and consulting engagements, acting as a trusted advisor
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and best practices
- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to team members
- Ensure client deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall financial performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in project management
- Experience with claims processing systems, workflows, and industry best practices
- Successfully led at least two claims processing implementation projects
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
