Our team focuses primarily on innovative Logistics and AI topics, which optimizes daily tasks and helps our clients to automate their day-to-day operations. In doing that we also aims to build products and frameworks.

In this role, you will
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
- Create requirements and communicate them to development team
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by communicating expertise and professional mindset with colleagues
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience in IT project management within a software development company, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role
- Knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
- Experience collaborating with government institutions

Salary range: € 3040 - 4560 gross / month
