As a Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing projects in Digital IC Design and Software teams, and ensuring they align with our business goals and strategic objectives. As part of the role, you will be working closely with development and marketing organizations to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

The role will have the following responsibilities:
· Contribution to the definition of the program’s scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resources
· Developing detailed project plans, task assignments and milestones
· Coordinate with our stakeholders to align on expectations
· Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
· Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to executives
· Optimize processes for efficiency
The role will be built around the expertise you have, but here’s some requirements that we feel may be beneficial:
· Understanding of the technology in Software development and Digital IC Design
· Familiarity and experience with Embedded Software
· Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and microcontrollers
· Familiarity with engineering processes
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
· Experience in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
· Ability to collaborate with teams across engineering, product and business
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence
· Ability to manage expectations and provide clear status updates
· Experience in creating reports and program documentation
· Excellent people skills
