As part of our Professional Services team, you’ll lead impactful delivery projects with clients around the world—and work alongside brilliant people who care deeply about what they do and how they do it.
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of our financial crime prevention solutions from kickoff to handover, making sure every project lands smoothly.
- Plan, execute, and close client delivery projects across regions, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations align.
- Drive day-to-day project execution: status tracking, risk management, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Navigate complex data environments with technical counterparts to support the implementation of our plug-and-play AI analytics solutions.
- Ensure clean project handovers—from sales to services, and from project to support—while keeping documentation tight.
- Continuously improve project methodology, workflows, and tools based on field experience and client feedback.
Who you are
If you are technically savvy and calmly in control, we are looking for you.
- You’re confident working with technical teams and understand how to deliver IT solutions in live financial environments.
- You can speak the language of data, APIs, integrations, and platforms—without needing to write the code yourself.
- You’re fluent in English, and ideally also comfortable in French.
- You manage stakeholders with empathy and clarity, adapting communication to suit the audience.
- You bring structure and focus to complex situations and love solving problems collaboratively.
Technical Requirements
- Project management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMI, etc)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MS Project is a plus
- Able to interpret project documentation including SOWs, technical specs, and system integration workflows
- Experience with enterprise IT environments: data pipelines, APIs, financial software stacks (SWIFT, ISO 20022, etc.)
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and IT infrastructure topics in the banking space
