Job Summary

Altvia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a critical role in leading project teams through the successful onboarding of new clients onto the Altvia platform. As the primary point of contact throughout the activation process, this individual is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation experience.

Key responsibilities include facilitating weekly project and design sessions to define client requirements, collaborating with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants to configure the platform to meet Altvia and Industry best practices, and present the proposed approach for client approval. The role also encompasses delivering comprehensive training to both administrators and end users to ensure adoption and long-term success.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful Senior Implementation Specialist with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management and organizational abilities, and a sharp eye for detail. They are an independent problem solver who consistently follows through on commitments to both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and effective communication.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects using Wrike, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Maintain adherence to individual project budgets, tracking costs through Time & Materials methodology.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between the company and clients to ensure all onboarding objectives and milestones are achieved.
  • Strategically allocate implementation resources, including Technical Consultants and Data Analysts, across projects to optimize outcomes.
  • Conduct new client welcome calls to introduce implementation methodology, key team members, and project scope and timelines.
  • Lead working sessions and analytics design workshops to gather requirements and align on configuration with clients.
  • Document client feedback and insights from working sessions to guide project direction and enhancements while driving the Altvia vision and promoting industry best practices to drive client success.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly status reports and Wrike dashboards to keep clients informed of project progress.
  • Oversee all project phases, proactively escalating issues and risks when needed.
  • Identify potential project risks and collaborate with clients on mitigation strategies.
  • Configure Altvia products, including Salesforce.com, to align with client-specific requirements.
  • Deliver training sessions for client administrators and end users, both remotely and onsite as needed.
  • Develop optimized process flows, streamline procedures, and implement data enhancements for improved efficiency.
  • Lead and contribute to the technical setup and configuration of systems.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend actionable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Skilled in managing projects and overseeing client implementation initiatives
  • Led cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
  • Alternative Investment subject matter knowledge or experience
  • Utilized project management tools (e.g. Jira, Wrike) to track progress and manage resources
  • Coordinated with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure successful delivery
  • Identified and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce project cycle times
  • Communicated project status, risks, and roadblocks to leadership and stakeholders through regular updates and reports
  • Proven experience in client services within a B2B and/or SaaS environment
  • Experience in Time & Materials
  • Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly adaptable and able to pivot effectively in response to shifting priorities
