The Contractor shall provide a PM who shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract. The PM shall be the central point of contact with the Government for the performance of all work under this Contract.
Education: The Project Manager shall have a Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business Administration, Management or Engineering from a US accredited college/university or equivalent institution. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education.
Experience: The Project Manager shall have at least five (5) years of experience in management of multi-function base operations. At least two (2) years of experience shall be as an independent field manager. Experience in a management or supervisory capacity in a remote/contingency location with a multi-national work force is highly desirable.
PM that demonstrates experience in managing cost reimbursable contracts will be rated more favorably.
