About the Role

- You'll be collaborating with Monks based in Hilversum, as well as our offices in Amsterdam, London, Berlin, and beyond.
About you
- We're actively seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager who possesses a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
- You are creative in coming up with solutions and the fact you’re clever leads to an outcome that is positive for all parties involved.
- No matter the size of the project, you can keep overview at all times, you’re good at dealing with conflicting requests and deadlines.
- In addition to your managerial role, you're also capable of diving deep into the details to provide valuable support to your team.
- Your extensive knowledge of digital, creative, and tech enables effective collaboration with your team and consulting your clients.
- You own expertise in various project management techniques and can adapt methodologies based on agile principles or waterfall-style stage gates.
- Although you're well-versed in the SCRUM framework, you consistently tailor your approach to suit the unique requirements of each case.
- Your genuine passion for creativity and innovation drives you to deliver high-quality, innovative, and valuable solutions, making a significant impact in your field.
