PROJECT MANAGER
(Position is temporary – April, 2026)
The Project Manager will work under the Senior Manager PMO, ensuring the successful execution of various projects. This includes planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated professional with accounting knowledge and the ability to map and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in defining project scope and goals, involving all relevant stakeholders.

Develop project plans and business specifications, ensuring alignment with accounting rules and requirements.

Organize internal cross-functional teams.
-
Research and analyse existing processes, challenge assumptions and suggest improvements.

Manage project risks, address problems, perform mitigation actions.

Provide critical thinking and leadership.
-
Communicate project status, issues, risks, and changes to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Set and monitor project budgets, reporting any deviations.
REQUIRMENTS:

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.

Proven ability to map business processes.

Skill to develop a clear and detailed plan.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Capacity to identify and solve issues that may arise during project implementation.

Energy to lead and motivate teams toward project goals. Spirit to introduce and promote a culture of change.

Excel in interpersonal skills, building trust and connections across all levels of the organization.

Skilled to resolve conflicts and keep project team focused on common goals.

Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written) to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.

At least 1 year of experience working with projects, or equivalent experience.
